General Policy

Extra charges will apply if you show up with extra people or vehicles than what was noted on reservation. 1 RV and 1 vehicle is allowed per site. An additional $5 fee per night will be charged upon arrival for each additional vehicle or trailer. 2 vehicles allowed per cabin. Extra vehicles, trailers, ATVs, UTVs charged at $5.00 per day and may have to park in the extra parking lot. MUST BE 21 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK CABINS. Maximum of 6 people per cabin. Cabin guests will be required to sign a document when checking in acknowledging cabin is in good condition at check in and will be required to leave a credit card on file with our office. Deluxe and Camping Cabins: No bedding, linens or towels provided. NO DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Written Cancellation Policy

STANDARD POLICY: Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per site reserved. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. All cabin cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be a $50 cancellation fee, 30 days or less are non refundable. Holiday Dates Include: July 1-5, 2024, September 1-5 and September 27-29, 2024. No check-ins or checkouts allowed July 3 and 4 and September 27, 2024. Buffalo Roundup has a 3 night minimum and must include the night of Sept 27. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Reservation is guaranteed until 9 a.m. MT the following morning of first reservation date (arrival date). If you do not contact the property before this time notifying that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property. LONG TERM RENTAL: Anything above 2 weeks stay requires a 30 day cancellation. $100 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 30 days. Anything within 30 days of arrival is nonrefundable. For any stay more than 14 nights, a $250 deposit is required at time of booking. Final payment is taken 30 days prior. GUESTS TRAVELING TOGETHER POLICY: We cannot guarantee requests to be side by side, guests making reservations and traveling together MUST reserve the same site type or they definitely will not be side by side. If they are traveling with guests reserving a cabin, they must reserve a site type closest to the cabin or they definitely will not be close together. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Check In

Check in at Registration Office. Check In starts at 2:00 pm MT for RV Sites. No early check ins. CABINS: 4:00 pm No check ins allowed July 3 and 4 , September 27, 2024 Late Arrival Notice: for guests not checked in before the office is closed for the day...An envelope with the guests name will be posted on our ARRIVALS BOARD beside the office door. Checkin and site/cabin information will be inside the envelope. Late Arrival Policy: Reservation is guaranteed until 9:00 am MT the following morning of first reservation date (arrival date). If you do not contact the property before this time notifying that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property.

Pets Policy

Quiet well behaved pets are welcome in the RV park and limited cabins. Pets must be kept on a leash and picked up after at all times. No charge for pets on the RV sites. The pet charge for cabins is $10.00 per pet per day. ALL FRIENDLY PETS ARE WELCOME. Aggressive or vicious pets with a history of biting humans or other pets are not welcome. No pets allowed in the Family Cabin or Deluxe Camping Cabins: IF YOU ARRIVE WITH ANY PETS, YOUR RESERVATION IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. The nonrefundable fee is $10 per pet, per day in camping cabins cabins only.
